2. Courses and Enrolment

  • All courses, including UKPSC (Upper/Lower PCS, FRO, RO/ARO, उत्तराखण्ड प्रवक्ता), UKSSSC (Group C, UK Police, Van Daroga, Forest Guard, VDO/VODO, पटवारी, लेखपाल, कनिष्ठ सहायक, D.El.Ed), Delhi Police, UP Police, and SSC GD, are designed solely for educational and preparatory purposes.

  • Admission to any course is subject to seat availability and eligibility criteria.

  • Flames Coaching Centre reserves the right to accept or reject any enrolment without prior explanation.

3. Payments and Refund Policy

  • All course fees must be paid in full at the time of admission or as per the payment schedule provided.

  • Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in exceptional cases approved by management.

  • Any refund (if applicable) will be made after verification and approval by the institute administration.

  • Flames Coaching Centre is not responsible for payment failures caused by third-party payment gateways or technical errors.

4. Attendance and Discipline

  • Students are expected to attend classes regularly and maintain punctuality.

  • Misbehavior, disturbance in class, or disrespect toward faculty or fellow students will not be tolerated.

  • The institute reserves the right to suspend or expel any student for misconduct, without refund.

  • Use of mobile phones, recording devices, or sharing of study materials without permission is strictly prohibited.
