Cancellation and Refund Policy
At Flames Coaching Centre, we strive to provide the best coaching experience to every student. Before enrolling in any course, we request all students to read our Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully. Once you proceed with admission or payment, you agree to the terms mentioned below.
1. Admission and Fee Payment

Admission to any course is confirmed only after full or partial payment of the prescribed fee.

Once enrolled, students are considered part of the batch, and seats are reserved accordingly.

Students are advised to review all course details and schedules before making payment, as fees once paid are generally non-refundable.
2. Cancellation by Student

No cancellation or withdrawal will be entertained after admission has been confirmed.

If a student wishes to cancel their enrollment before the start of the batch, they must inform the institute in writing.

Any request for cancellation must be submitted to the institute’s administration via email at flamescoachingdehradun@gmail.com or in person at the office.

Management reserves the sole right to approve or reject any cancellation request.
3. Refund Policy

All fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, including:

Change of mind or personal reasons

Discontinuation or withdrawal from the course

Absence from classes due to illness, relocation, or other personal issues

Expulsion due to disciplinary actions

In exceptional cases, such as batch cancellation or administrative errors, management may consider a refund on a case-by-case basis.

Any approved refund will be processed only after written confirmation from the institute’s management.
4. Cancellation by Flames Coaching Centre

Flames Coaching Centre reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course, class, or batch due to unavoidable circumstances such as insufficient enrollment, faculty unavailability, or technical issues.

In such cases, students will be notified in advance and may be:

Shifted to another available batch, or

Offered a refund of the paid amount (if applicable).

Refunds for cancellations made by the institute will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original payment method.
5. Online Payments and Transaction Failures

If an online payment fails but the amount is deducted from your account, please contact your bank or payment provider first.

If the payment is not settled automatically within a few business days, reach out to us with transaction details at flamescoachingdehradun@gmail.com for assistance.

The institute is not responsible for delays or errors caused by third-party payment gateways.
6. Course Transfer Policy

Course transfers or shifting from one batch to another may be allowed only with prior approval from the management.

Additional fees may apply for transfers depending on course type or duration.

No transfers are allowed after 10 days of the course commencement.
